CrossRidge Center has reserved +/- 42 acres for the planning and development of support retail, hospitality and commercial office uses.

Restaurants and specialty retail tenants will want to take advantage of the daily campus population – including hundreds of individuals and family/area residents who are employed at CrossRidge or who come to enjoy the sports fields, water features, afterschool and fitness programs of the YMCA.

CrossRidge Center also will reserve and promote a premier site for an upscale hotel, which, along with the new CrossRidge Conference and Event Center, will provide an even greater density of people and visitation experiences at CrossRidge. The location of the frontal facing property along Hwy 521 currently transports 25,000+ cars per day.
